A larger Conservatory project in a village in Devon with the client’s property backing on to a Conservation Zone. Planning permission was granted for the erection of a 30m2 Golden Oak effect Upvc Conservatory on a base built up to the level of the house. Duchy Ltd completed all the building, plumbing and electrical work, erected the conservatory and finished off by plastering the walls and tiling the floor. As you can see a beautiful area of extra living space was created for this family

Garden Conservatory

A recent project in a sensitive area of “outstanding natural beauty” required the removal of an old smaller conservatory and patio area, then the creation of a new base with dwarf walls using the stone recycled from the old patio, then the erection of a green Aluminium Lean To Conservatory in a ultra slim line profile, with large areas of glass to accommodate the clients hobby of observing and photographing the birds, badgers and foxes that are regular visitors to her garden.
